No power on a holiday weekend? We got you.
On the Friday before the 4th of July weekend, at 3 PM, a food manufacturer in Romulus, MI, found themselves in one of the worst scenarios: no power. While this is a poor situation no matter when it happens, it’s particularly terrible on the Friday of a holiday weekend.
Thankfully, they called our Plymouth Team for help.
Power restored within 24 hours
For no reason in particular, the food plant’s primary cable went bad under their driveway. Within hours of the call, our team was on-site and resourced as many people as possible to get the job done.
The Serve Team managed to pull together all the vendors and contractors necessary to work in tandem and the company’s power was restored within 24 hours. Now, that’s 24-hour service!
