We partnered with a snack company in multiple of its facilities with many production electrical needs. We reprogrammed the robotic automated packing lines, upgraded the tote washer, installed and integrated bagging lines, and provided preventive electrical maintenance along the way.

The most notable project at a food manufacturer was a full upgrade to the process of making of one of their critical ingredients. We added in a brand-new five-door control panel with Allen Bradley components, which was designed and programmed by our team at Serve Electric. With this, the process was almost entirely automated, improving raw ingredient storage, delivery and batching, while increasing production output.

At a snack company we upgraded manual, outdated control systems to a AB PLC-based Control Platform that increased production, reduced down-time and ensures for a more precise process.

At another snack company we rebuilt and upgraded legacy control panels with new, readily-available components, that decreased downtime. We also added in an Automated Oil Management System designed to reduce risks in the cooking process.
