For industrial electricians…beyond the bare minimum.

In our mission to elevate Serve Electric and the entire industry, training is the most critical component. Our Apprentice Training goes beyond the bare minimum requirements by focusing on creating not only great electricians, but great people too.

A Day in Class

Serve Electric Apprentices spend two full days in class each month. At no cost to the Apprentice, each class covers six different topics:

NCCER Curriculum

Nationally-accepted electrical curriculum serves as our book, theory and classroom training and testing.

NEC NFPA 70 Code Class

This class aims to take the intimidation and confusion out of using Electrical Code.

Math Class

From fractions and decimals, to measuring and conversions, math won’t get in the way for our Apprentices.

Safety Training

Safety is our top priority. Each class, we deep dive on a specific safety topic and do hands-on practice.

Practical/Hands-On

From pipe bending to running wire, our goal is for each Apprentice to be well-versed in practical skills before they step on-site.

Leadership + Personal Development

From emotional intelligence to financial wellness, our goal is for Apprentices to not only be better at work, but better at home and in life.
